The First Filipino Food Month in Las Vegas

The most awaited food event for the Filipino Food Month 2024 in Las Vegas, will be happening soon. Aptly called Bahay Buko Social, this fabulous event will have an exquisite array of dishes, sips and desserts, from surprising medley of ingredients to well-crafted coconut based and coconut infused dishes. Come and meet the chefs, our kababayan businesses, taste their food and celebrate with them. What about kilawin (ceviche) , or gising-gising (Bicol specialty that’s spicy and meant to wake you up). Or Bahay Buko Pancakes. Then there’s Seafood Linguini, Coconut Boba. There’s so much more and below are some of the dishes you can expect to taste during the event.

One more thing. Exciting musical numbers await you. And the venue, What oerfect way to honor all of the culinary stars and entertainers than to provide them the perfect venue in a place like The Assembly. And rightly so, because this is located on Rozita Lee Avenue, and Dr. Rozita Lee joined us for the night.
